    On your keyboard, press Windows logo key + R > Type in “msinfo32.exe” and click OK > Press Ctrl + S to save

  • setupapi.dev.log flie (Device installation text log)

    Go to Local Disk (C:) > Windows > INF (inf) > setupapi.dev

  • DownloadDrivers.data file

    On your keyboard, press Windows logo key + R > Type in “%appdata%” and click OK > Easeware > DriverNavigator > drivers > DownloadDrivers.data
